With our employees, AFC covers the following steps in draft, planning and execution phase:

  • Phase 1: Draft Phase

    • Feasibility study – System finding process – Budgeting
    • Experience from former projects / developments
    • Pointing out alternatives of different economic options (in accordance with building owner / architect / economic solution)
    • Quantity survey based on databank systems

  • Phase 2: Planning Phase

    • Elaboration of guiding details as a basis for the tender documents
    • Textual service description / functional tenders
    • Tender documents with technical remarks and bill of quantity

  • Phase 3: Execution Phase

    • Support for contract awarding (price list, evaluation of the offers, evaluation of potential candidates)
    • Accompanying control (schedule support, technical clearance for plans, work control, installation control and final acceptance)

AFC is a member of the Austrian Consulting Engineers

Consulting engineers fulfil their tasks independently and objectively, always in accordance with the respective client.
Consulting engineers do not operate in the business areas of commercial or other handcraft manufacturing, but provide ingenious products and ideas, wherefore an engineering education or a specific formation at an art academy is required.
